I have 27/28 krib fry in a 12 gallon eclipse. They're about a month and a half old, maybe 2. I was wondering how long until I should move them to a 20 long? they're so much easier to feed in a 12, but I know it won't be too hard in a 20 long either. Just was wondering if anyone else raised kribs before. I have a new batch of kribs fry about 3-4 days old also. How long till I need to start shooting food at them? Any info would be great thanks all.

You can move them to the larger tank at any time now. Just be careful to acclimate them and be sure the larger tank is cycled. However, there is no need to relocate them just to have them in a larger tank. If you can maintain them in the smaller tank (that means water conditions etc) they will not need to be moved until they show territoriality signs.

Yup! I agree. I have about 30 in a 30 gallon growout right now. No substrate, just java moss and anacharis. I do a 25-30% water change three times a week, and if I notice any leftovers on the bottom in between water changes, I use the gravel vac.
