Hi
IN my youth Ive had some small (under 10g) Tanks or Houses of death as it where. My family didnt beleive in doing anything other than top off the water and clean the tank when all the fish died off...:22_yikes:

Now Im 33 with my own house I want to do this correct with a 65g-75g tank I had my heart set on salt water but my wallet just wont allow it.. So Here I am you'll see me around

Freshwater is just as satisfying... but... you could dip in to slightly salty water and go brackish.

...and if you wanted to build up to full marine at a later date or at least high end brackish you could start off with a pair of Juvie Green spotted puffers then increase the salt as they grow (sorry, I'm pretty obviously very biased in this direction LOL)... just another option for consideration on top of the myriad of freshwater :goldfish: options available :)

whichever way you decide to go, all the best.

wow great welcome guys/gals. Im saving for an Abdominal Operation than I will start the tank. I should be ready in 6 months or so and am planning all this out first... I am a fabricator and CNC machinist so I plan on alot of DIY.
