This is still a rough run at it but I made a few corrections! How does it look? ( I am still waiting on some plants) suggestions??!

Need some wood in there. Turn the Ferris Wheel so it isn't as prominent. Maybe some more rock work that is stacked vice strewn all over the bottom.

I would get a piece of driftwood to anchor some anubias or java fern too. Also, you could add some moss to the rocks (shrimp love the moss). i would also consider adding a black background. I am not a fan of fake decorations, but it looks decent.

Yeah,looks good,maybe a group of plants to one side to give it a forest look,or secure hide out for the shrimp.

i would fill the tank up to the top...i usually dont like having any space between the water and the trim around the top of the tank.
