hi all,
my first post here.
i have inherited a Second Nature Whisper Power Filter Model 3.
can anyone tell me what's the maximum size fishtank i can use with this?
i currently have 3 tanks (10 gal,30 gal & 55 gal)

Welcome to AC! I believe they lay claim that it is good for 30-60 gallon tanks, but I would only rely on it to handle a 30 gal tank.

What I go by is that I like a absolute minimum of 6 water turnovers and hour. If I cannot get 6-8 turnovers and hour then the filter is too small for my needs. Canister filters are different and use less turnovers as they do a better job most of the time.
