This is a tale
of an epic journey
to find the long lost 29G
at petco.
So I went on my merry way to Eureka (the "Big City" of my county, about 7 miles from where I live) to visit the Petco located there. My quest was charged to me by my Girlfriend who decided we needed a 29G.
Seemingly an easy task I laughed and guffawed and declared the task as good as done.
Upon arrival at said Petco, I was immediately accosted by blue uniformed guards who informed me that there was a semi-annual sale in progress. Laughing at the audacity I declared my knowledge of such an event was already gleaned from a knowledgeable individual known to inhabit Aquariacentral!
I made a B-line for the tanks, both epic in proportion and in beauty, only to be distracted by all the preeeetty fishies.
Then I spent 40 minutes looking at fish and filters and rocks and all sorts of delicious aquaria oriented goodies.
Remembering my not-so-daunting task I charged back over to the tank section, carefully looking for the glorious label that would proclaim "Size 29" and end my quest. Upon reaching the words "20L" my heart soared in the expectation of my goal realized, only to have it plummet back to the earth as I came to a stop in front of the shelf that had a large empty space which a not-so-helpful tag claimed to be the residence of size 29 tanks.
BUT! When All was thought lost, out of the corner of my eye I spotted the magical runes which translate to "Size 29" buried under several 20 tall tanks. I grabbed an employee who helped me move stuff around and snagged my tank!
And now I have arrived home victorious!!!!
SO here is the gameplan, I am going to use Fluorite Black Sand as a substrate, and am planning on having many many plants, some shrimp and tetras maybe
I will post when I am getting ready to set this badboy up in a few weeks
