Shellie Advice

[Hooked Newbie]

Hey folks! I've kept only SA Cichlids so far, but want to put my toes into the rift lakes. I am most interested in starting off with L. stappersii. My current plans are for a group of 6 (when I can find them) in a 20G long. Any thoughts? Advice? Etc.?

sand substrate is best...try to provide at least 3 shells per fish.

hey this is a really cool looking shellie and they stay pretty small i wouild say about 2 shells per fish and a 20gal would def workif you get some post some pic's aye
