Hi everyone, I bought some HC several months ago. They did not work under 2WPG in my 29G tank. I took the remaining and threw them in a clay bowl with some air plants under full sunlight.

I left it alone for a long time without taking a look at it. I was fertilizing my house plants and i noticed HC growing densely all over the bowl. Now I want to move some back to my tank which is now 3.3 WPG, is it we OK just put it right back into the tank?

do you have a consistent level of co2??
if so then you might as well try and the HC should do fine.
 
Thanks Riiz & BK - Will try a small portion first. I am injecting DIY CO2 - sorry I never test CO2 level but I am sure not consistent in my case.
