Are Dragonblood Peacocks hybrid cichlids?

I was wondering if dragonblood peacocks are hybrid cichlids? There is a guy on craigslist that is selling some.Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah they are, that pic also looks like the german bred ones sold on aquabid, I have a florida bred one (also called a red spot nyasse) that's not as intense in red, but adults look pretty good.

Good call ibr3ak-I emailed the guy and he sells them on aquabid-and they are the German strain

They get about6-7in max.

They get about6-7in max. There are many strains of hybrid Peacocks, most have great coloration.
