What are good fish for a tropical 55 gal. fish tank?Thank you!

I think a 55 is perfect for a small group (3-4) of angel fish, along with a dozen or so schooling fish (e.g., cardinal tetras).

Do you like lots of small fish or a few bigger fish? Do you know your water conditions (pH, hardness)? These will help in the choice.
