Can you teach a puffer tricks?

Just out of curiosity. Is it possible to teach puffers tricks (particularly figure-8)?
 
Bigger puffer species have been known to make fingers disappear.
 
Well, since they are such food hogs, I don't see why not. Get some kind of circle (even your fingers would be cool) & hold the food on the other side, tap the glass & get him to swim through to the food. Eventually he should just swim through the hoop when you tap the glass.
