Hello AC! I've had a 10g tank for about six months now currently stocked with one African Dwarf Frog and six Black Skirt Tetras. The tank is gravel and lightly planted, and hasn't given me any issues and all inhabitants seem to be doing well.

I'm considering adding one or two fish to my tank, but not sure what would go with what I already have. Does anybody have a good recommendation? Ideally, I would like to go with something that would add more color to the tank, maybe different types of tetras.

I haven't had a Black Skirt Tetra in a long time, but they've always looked too big for a 10g. I wouldn't add any more fish to that tank.

a female bettas? I dont know....

A long time ago I had 4 black skirt in my 10g and they did fine, but i also only had 1 molly and nothing else.

I think they do alright in a 10g your just really limited on other fish.
