Which skimmer for a 29 or 30 g

I need advice on which skimmer would be best for the above tank sizez. Only requirement is it be a hang on style (I am not doing a sump).

What budget are you looking at?
A Deltec MCE600 would do wonders.
But for less money the octopus hang on or an AquaC Remora Pro would do well also.
