I have a half gallon of Pond Flourish that I got dirt cheap and wondered if anyone else uses it in thier planted tanks. Any major difference between that and the Flourish you see in the stores? The directions read: Add 1 tablespoonful to every 600 gallons. I think I have enough to last awhile in my 125.

one tablespoon = 15mls
Normal dosing for regular flourish is 5mls for 60g tank so even if you do 15mls of regular flourish you end up with 180g of water it will treat.
So thats:
Normal flourish 15ml - 180g (1ml for every 12g)
Pond flourish 15ml - 600g (1ml for every 40g)

Bottom line is that there is a huge difference in the product. And I would be very careful dosing it for a regular tank.
