I really like Drs F&S website. I had ordered a lightbulb that arrived broken in a smashed box. I called the CS number to ask if I had to use the original box to ship it back. They told me not to bother to sendit back and sent me another lightbulb--no return or anything! It arrived quickly and undamaged! Great CS!!
