Sweet lizards! The second anole species is actually a Brown Anole, Anolis sagrei. The lizard in the bottom pic is a juvenile Southern 5-Lined Skink. They loose the blue tail coloring as they get older.

Nice pics.

I found one of those skinks running across the floor of my room a couple weeks ago.

Thanks for the info, I'm not really up on the reptile names. I did have a Brazilian Rainbow Boa (E. cenchria?) at one time untill my wife said it was either her or the snake. I also run into the Scarlet Kingsnake occasionally, they are beautiful.

Thanks for the comments, I had fun taking them. Darkness, I dont see the Greens all that often, I got lucky this morning, and don't know about the legalities of shipping them out but will be glad to look into it.

Yeah you guys have some crazy exotics down in Florida! Pretty much any species of reptile can be found there (which is usually not a good thing).

The reason you see less of the native Greens is because the non-native Browns are out competing them for food and space. :(

Yeah, I ran into a baby Water Mocassin today while cleaning a pond and one time was measuring bedlines for a landscape design and came nose to nose with a 6' gator. Never a dull moment.

I love Anolis equestris! I use to have a pair years ago. They're pretty mean and feisty anole species!

Nice pics! That's a pretty ripped male brown anole. I wish we had more lizard species to see around here. I took a bunch of photos of different species of lizards when I was in Georgia a few months ago. My friends thought I was weird. I told them "I never get to see this stuff in PA." :D
