Uniquarium flow rate? Powerheads?

Does anyone know the flow rates of Uniquariums? I can't find the information anywhere. Foolishly, I bought a 60 gallon one without reading into it. I love the tank and the built in filtatration, but I never even bothered to think about the flow rate which is pretty important.

I plan on getting a powerhead once I go marine. Would there be any point in putting one in my tank while it is FW depending on my flow rate?

Well, the manufacturer was the only one able to give me the flow rate. Apparently the pump is a Rio 1700 which does 620 GPH. That's over 10x an hour, so that's good, right?
