Which filter... thoughts please..

Hello all,

Long time since I have posted on here and in need of some advice..
Just got my new Trigon 350 delivered, and about to start setting her up.
Want to remove the internal 'box' filter, both for looks and space.
I am currently looking at 2 filters, and wondering if anyone has any experience of using either of them ?

Eheim Professional 3

2080 - Conventional filter

2078 - Electronic unit with some addional features

Also which Media?

Most of the Eheim cans are meant to be used with Efihmech,sponge,Efihsubstrat,fine pad combo.
That's what I use with mine and love it.

No, no... 350 Litre... around 77 Gallon..

So which one, the 2078 or the 2080; going to go for the 2080 if it fits my cabinet..
