Which Cory?

I have never owned cory cats and need some help.

Of these which end up the largest and which are the hardiest?

Albino Cory, Green Cory, Panda Cory, & Peppered Cory

Also I am getting 6 corys each for my 2 tanks, one has blue substrate & blue background the other a light tan substrate and black background.

Which do you think would show up better?

Well, it depends on what you want. The albino cories are the cutest, They are very active though and run around like little mice in your tank, up and down the glass. My favorites! The greens and emerald greens are larger but they are actually Brochis which are close relations to the cories. The peppered are much calmer and just kinda shoal around and look regal. The bronzes are the same as the albinos only with color. I don't know about the pandas but I think they are a little smaller. I love them all and once you get any of them you will fall in love too. Just get more than 4 because they like having their buddies around to hang out with. Good luck!

I stocked 6 Agassizi Corries from Live Aquaria in my 90 gal. and I LOVE them!!! I can watch them for hours. Will surely be getting more corries Very Soon!
 
I have found that panda cories are a little more sensitive than your paleatus cories. Plus pandas are typically more expensive (there are always exceptions, though). Dwarf cories are awesome and are fairly hardy. The hardiest of the dwarves are corydoras pygmaeus. Dwarf cories stay at an inch at adult size and tend to school mid-water more than they sit on the substrate, but they will stop to rest occasionally. They're my favorite. If you get some dwarves, make sure the lfs has them correctly ID'ed b/c dealers tend to confuse the species for one another. The other 2 known species are habrosus and hastatus.
 
PANDA CORY ALL THE WAY. They look the best. Trust me, you won't regret getting these guys.

I agree 110%! They get to be 2.5-3", females being larger and rounder than the males, are extremely hardy and long-lived, and very entertaining. They are out in the open all the time, unlike a lot of other cories that tend to dart into the plants the moment they see you coming. They are quite entertaining! Pandas do not fit the "largest and hardiest" by any means! And are easy targets for larger fish. Get a minimum of 6 for each tank. You'll also get the enjoyment of watching them spawn when they're mature, they are the easiest spawners!
 
I am leaning toward 6 albino and 6 green. I have to find out if the green are actually corys or if they are the Brochis (I think that is how it is spelled) from the guy I am ordering from. From what I have read, if they are actually the green cory the albino is the same right?
