picky dwarf cichlid

so i was curious as to what you folks feed your dwarf cichlids because mine dont really like to eat much other than bloodworms. ive tried colorbits, flakes, and hikari cichlid gold and they just kind of spit it out. they go crazy for the bloodworms but id like them to have a bit of diet variety. another thing when my male eats he gets all riled up and start flashing for a few mintutes. im not sure why but its another reason for finding some food that wont make him act like a crackhead.

I feed mine flakes, pellets, sometimes frozen krill or shrimp with vege.

Try not to feed your fish for a day. Then start feeding them flakes and so on. Use bloodworm as treat only.

my dwarf cichlids wont eat much flake they only like blood worms but they will a little flake when i feed the other fish in the tank
