Ok does anyone know what these 2 rainbows on the right are(I have 3 in total). Also in the pic is a very large neon dwarf rainbow. They sometimes change colour with a dark stripe appearing along thier sides and thier fins get very red.

Praecox Rainbow: http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_Display.cfm?siteid=21&pCatId=1059
looks like the one in the bottom left.
The shape and fins look like Axelrodi Rainbow:

but they are not the same colour or size.. hmm...

Yeah I know what the one on the left is(precox/dwarf).
But I think you might be right about them unknown ones being axelrodi, the lfs said they were a color morph of a blue kind so that could be them.Oh and as for the size, that is a very large dwarf rainbow on the left and the other kind are just babies;)

The one you are trying to ID looks to me like a cross between a Melanotaenia herbertaxelrodi (type that 5 times fast :p) and some other fish. I looked at all the pictures on the Home of the Rainbowfish website but I couldn't put my finger on just one species. I tried going by the few black lines on the bottom of your fish but there are a lot of Melanotaenia species with stripes.
These are some fish I thought might work:

Melanotaenia herbertaxelrodi

Melanotaenia splendida splendida

Melanotaenia trifasciata
That's just what I think, HTH,

I think they are a colour morph of the top one or bottom one.The lfs had the latin name but I was in a hurry and I forgot it.They were labled as "pidgeon blood"(the morph name).
I'll see how they look when they grow a bit.
