Should I un-pot this?
Its in a planted aquarium with 2.6 watts per gallon, DIY CO2, dosing with flourish excel and flourish tabs.

Its doing the worst out of all of my plants, im wondering if it has to do with the pot...

Never hurts to un-pot a plant. How is it doing worst? You could bury the roots (but not the rhizome) under your substrate or tie it to some driftwood.

Yup, i always unpot them. Is it developing algae or just growing poorly?

Its got algae and the edges are slowly turning brown. Ive got it directly under a 26W CFL and it has a root tab right next to it, as well as having DIY CO2 and Flourish excel, so I am kinda figuring that its the pot...

As long as the rhizome is out of the substrate, you should be in the clear with anubias plants. I don't like to buy the types of anubias with that cotton stuff as a potting material. It's too hard to take out and I usually find it floating around the aquarium.
