Recently I've noticed these tiny grains of white fuzzy-looking things on the fins of two of my discus. They are eating well and acting normal.
Parameters:
Temp: 86F
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 15
Ph: 7.5
They look sort of like ich, but I'm not sure and its larger than a grain of salt. Maybe its fungus? Help please!

Got pics?
Ich in a tank with that temperature? Sounds odd. Fungal infection rarely occurs. The possibility is bacterial infection.

I don't know, one of the discus had it on his/her fin to begin with, and now another one has it! Maybe I just didn't notice, but I'm pretty sure it didn't have any. I'll see if I can get any pics...
Wow 86 degrees... Ich is possible, but doubtful. Bacterial more likely as they tend to flourish in higher temps. Photos would definitely help... sorry to hear about your problems.
Presuming you're testing with an in date liquid drop test kit ?
Pics would help to ID.

I really don't know...I don't think its bacterial, since I added a small amount of Melafix to help heal their tattered fins after they bicker.

Its going to be hard/impossible to be accurate without a pic.
Just to note, melafix, despite its promotional material, is not going to be much/any use against a bacterial infection, although it is indeed a useful add to the tank to speed up some soft tissue damage (probably no quicker than a daily water change for a few days would work but we can't always do that, especially on larger tanks).
