... set up live fish included? fish are one angel, common pleco and other assorted smaller fish
I think I am going to get the set up if I can figure out where to put it
Does it have filtration and lighting with it? If so, good buy ;)

what ever filters that are being used and some added on lights are included
the lady is tired of keeping the tank up so she is selling it and everything that makes it work for 100$

Definite good buy! Just check for leaks/cracks.

would moving it make leaks or cracks? it is full of fish and water at the moment.
I plan on emptying it to moove it

Yeah...if it is set up now, it should be clear of leaks and whatnot...
As long as you take everything out of the tank for the move (you could leave the gravel with enough water to keep it moist if you want), it should be fine....

definitely empty it! As long as you are careful it should be fine. I moved a 30 gallon a couple of months ago in my Subaru Outback and that did the job. So definitely empty it, bag the fish and hopefully temporarily house them elsewhere, or you could save the tank water and substrate in buckets and then you could probably throw the fish right in!

Get maybe 2 or 3 other guys to help you out, so much weight (gravel) towards the middle of the tank, might make it break. Make sure to empty it as well.

I would syphon out enough to put the fish in there currently into a large rubbermaid tub. Then, Drain out the rest of the water because you don't need the dirty water. As stated, leave enough water in there to cover the gravel. Once you get the tank home, make sure the stand it level, the put the tank on it. And fill it up with water. Test the p.h. of both waters and if they are the same and the temperature is the same, put the fish in the tank.
