Whats a good lighting set up for my 10 gallon tank? I would like it to be as cheap as possible but would like it to be heavily planted. Thanks!

Buy several 18" 15 Watt light fixtures and put them over your tank. I think each of them are like 5-7 dollars at Walmart or Lowe's.

^^ Awesome, could you maybe get me a link? That would be great! Would both of those allow for some good plant growth?

You should find those lights in the lighting section of said stores. I don't think there is such athing as a 20" light. You may have to replace the lights with 6700-10000K lights if they aren't in that range already. The ones I've seen are 4200K.

Ok thx David, you always seem to be full of great information!

BTW how many should I get?

cfl? And are you guys sure you can get these at walmart?

Yeah, they are called Compact Flourescent lights, the white spiraly ones. You can get either a 6 pack of them for 10 dollars or 2 of the ones I mentioned earlier for about 12 dollars.
