Suggestion for a quiet water pump?

Hello here,
I have a 75g fresh water planted aquarium with an All Glass Aquarium sump. To supply the sump I am using a Rainbow Lifegard Quiet One Aquarium Pump 1200 which is not "very quiet":

and I'd like to find something else. I don't need big power and actually I don't want a pump more than 200gph capable for my purposes, I need it just as quiet as possible. It must be submersible of course. Any suggestion for such an alternative "really quiet" pump? Any idea is very welcome.

Yes, I exchanged my first one and the second has the same problem: too noisy. I was thinking about the following by Eheim:

Do you think is it submersible? Any experience with that ones?
