Emperor 280 Spray Bar Problem

Hi All,

I just cleaned my Emporer 280, and now no water sprays out of the spray bar. All I did was rinse everything, and put it back together with a new filter cartridge. It was spraying good before I cleaned it. I took it apart again, but there's nothing I can see that's wrong, nor does it appeared to be clogged. Anybody have any ideas?

Is there any water coming out of the spray bar couplings while the spray bars are detached? If so, then water should come through the spray bar when reattached if the holes aren't clogged.

Have you ensured the o-rings are still present?

It was a reassembly error on my part. There is a small piece that snaps onto the bottom of the impeller housing, that encloses the lower impeller. The lower impeller is what supplies water to the spray bar. Simple operator error!
