Pic of my sick Blue Acara

This isa picture of my Blue Acara who i think has some sort of gill disease, (which was earlier thught to be a cut behind his gill but after my further investigation and observation i changed my theory.) ive used maracyn-1, maracyn-2 and melafix and nothing has helped, well they meds gave him nice looking fins but thats it didnt fix his gill. I am jsut all out of ideas. if you guys have any ideas they wuld be greatly accepted , if you need more pictures jsut ask.
