ph,gh,kh for guppies and cadinals

Well I post a couple of questions about softener pillow, do i need it for my cadinal.

how let's me bring up another question...lol ( newbie)
what is the ideal ph,gh, kh level for cadinal and guppies
and how to maintrnance that level.
if ph is low how to bring the ph up
if the kh low how to bring it up
if the kh low how to bring it up
or the other way around.

Two different regions. Guppies like there water on the high end of PH and cardinals like theres on the low end. Guppies like PH over 7.0 with somewhat hard water. To were cardinals likes their water on 7.0 and below with the water being soft.
