Good Morning all

I thought I’d show some pics of my DD black’s

The angels are very healthy and robust. I can feed them one minute and the next minute they are begging for more. When I drop sinking pellets for the ABN's in, the angels are all over them. And when I work in the tank, they nibble at the hairs on my arm. I bought them from a seller on the Aquabid website.
Here are some pics. The pics dated 7/7 were taken when I first got them. At first I didn’t think they were super veils. That driftwood ins 5 ˝” diameter
The first few I just took this morning:

46 G bowfront
96 W DIY hood (A&H)
DIY CO2, PMDD daily, EI WC’s weekly.
6 DD blacks 5” tall including fins, & 2 2”ABN

Good.lol I am referring to the whole setup, not just the angels. Kept these DD blacks before. I love them but a challenge to keep.

Very nice DD blacks.

nice set up.
have you had much experience with DD Black angels?

as lupin mentioned.. they can be challenging.
but they are worth it if you can keep them.

No,until July I've only bought from LFS.
Had no luck until I bought some gold's. Then they got too big. Gave em to a lady at Petsmart.

These look healthy and vigorous now. Am I in for a shock??

BTW: my tapwater is 7.0. With CO2 it drops to 6.6.
Should I adjust PH before WC's? I hsve a pool so plenty of acid. I used to do that with the gold's.
