Okay I have three tanks that I want to get floating plants for...here is the run down

Tank #1
10g
one Betta
fluorite substrate
two Coralife Colormax 6,700°K full spectrum lamps, 10 watts each
java moss, ludwigia and lutea planted

Tank#2
5.5g
one Betta
incandescent blue plant bulb by aqua culture (planning on getting a coralife for it)
fluorite substrate

Tank#3
no substrate
currently cycling
fluorescent light (not sure the wattage bulb just came with hood)
will house a Betta

Questions:

What is a good floating plant to get that would suite all three tanks?

Where can I buy the plants online? (I dont live near a LFS LPS or chain Pet stores)

Thanks for the help

Hornwort is a good floating plant. This is a common plant found in local fish stores.

There's also Najas, HM (both stem plants that do not seem to mind floating).

I have found that hornwort tends to "shed" in the warmer waters that bettas prefer:)
