so, I was looking in my tank today...
I saw some little water bugs... they're about a millimeter or so... grey colored.. ovalish in appearance... and they are very active, they just jump around in my gravel and occasionally swim around....
here's how they look like...

Water bears look like ... little bears. With little feet and little claws. And are usually more of an oblong shape than a disk.
I dare say copepods are way more complex looking what's been described.
But a disk with feeler looking things, I'd guess daphnia too.
On that note ... google. Because if it is any of the above, getting a good picture of it is gonna be a tough one.

While searching for something I came across this site. It's got lots of pictures for identifying critters in your tank. Based on this I'd also say you have daphnia.
