View Full Version : Is my filter working or not?!

I took back the other filter I purchased because all it did was make a loud clanking noise. So then I purchased a Tetratec PF300. However, I have no clue how to tell if the filter is even working or not! I hear a dull buzzing noise, but I cant tell if it is actually filtering or not. I dont see the water being expelled at all. Does anyone know how I can tell if this is working??

Duh nevermind!!! It would help if it were properly plugged in!

Did you take a cup take the lid off of the filter and pour water in? I think its trying to suck water in, you're running it dry.
