Rare Cichlids

In the past few days I've noticed odd behaviour in one of my tanks. Some of the fish have had clamped fins part of the time, sometimes glance off of objects in the tank, and occasionally twitch their fins. But they acted differently than they would if they had ich, and I coulf see no spots. After some research I believe that this tank is infested with Velvet disease. Now I need advise on how to treat it, as I've never dealt with this before. I've read that it is simple to treat and is very mcuh like ich but with a longer life cycle, making it easier to treat.
I am raising the temperature and have added salt slowly. The inhabitants consist of several medium sized (4-9") Central American cichlids, a young Labeo variagates (a Rainbow shark on steroids), several 4-9" Synodontis species, and a large Pseudocanthicus L025.
Which meds should be used? They must be safe for all my fish.
Thanks
