I believe they are also much much easier to hatch.
Don't quote me on this, but less demanding in water temp, lighting, aeration, and water quality to name a few. Just drop in the water and wait for a day or something like that.
Not sure about nutrition value but i've heard nothing but good things about these, maybe except they're usually overprices vs brine shrimp unless you don't mind the whole setup for brine.
They are most nutritious after hatching and like brine shrimp, diminish without a food source.
Lol, I burned though 1 million in about 2 months feeding killi fry. They hatch best with really soft water.. I don't know why but Desani water worked great.. Go CocaCola Co!
