I know that Cyrtocara Mooriis have black spots on them but there is this different small black stuff on it's caudal fin. Is it a parasite? Is it going to eat it's fins away? Should I put it in my Q Tank? If it is something bad what medication should I use? Thanks.

I'll Try.
Yep a picture - may be nothing to worry about at all, especially if the spots do not look like damaged/unnatural/tumourous/rotting etc tissue.

Here it is. It's really tiny right now but I don't want it to get bigger. The pic is blury because I took it with my phone. I also saw a little spot on it's body. It's probably nothing, but I want to make sure it's not bad.

It's normal (in a sense that it won't harm a fish and that it's not a parasite of any kind), alot of cichlids get it from time to time, sometimes it goes away, sometimes it stays, I don't recall what it is exactly from reading about it a while ago, but it has something to do with melanin.

Melanin is a black pigment or something isn't it?
I agree completely with Ib3ak- africans show this heaps and it goes and comes with no ill effects.
