stocking a 55 help

hey,

I was looking for some ideas on a new 55g standard tank I am looking into getting. I want some suggestions on stocking as I'm new to this cichlid thing.

The fish I really want are blue rams and an angel fish. Any recommendations for tank mates? How many rams would be good in one tank this size? I want a non-aggressive tank and want it to look stocked.

I know there is a thread like this a few down but that's a corner tank.

Any help is appreciated.

You can try 4 blue rams in a 55g. You'll certainly want cardinal and rummy-nose tetras as well as sterbai corydoras. All three can tolerate the high end temperature both cichlids require.
 
I just looked at all those and that seems like a perfect tank that I would enjoy. How many of each tetras would you recommend?
