Just wondering is the light suppose to make my tank look green? lol Im also only using one bulb as opposed to two.

If your tank is new to high light, 1 bulb instead of both is probably the way to go for a few weeks. Tanks/plants need time to adjust, if you give too much light too quickly....algae city.
