Cheap is not a word that usually goes with the aquarium hobby but i would suggest talking to some of the members here who sell fish
I am located in Louisville, KY. I had come across a website or perhaps a user on a forumn and the prices for FW fishes were quite cheap. like the zebra danios were for 0.44 cents a peice. and neon tertas were for 0.99 cents. However i lost the address of that site/forumn.
i am looking for some online store and not a local fish store. if you guys have tried ordering lost of fishes from any online store and found the prices reasonable please let me know.
I wish to stock my 55 g with neon tetras, rummy nose tetras, red swordtails, golden mollies, and few more tetra species.

cHECK UNDER THE OTHER FORUMS HERE. i FORGET WHAT ITS CALLED BUT ITS LIKE PEOPLE WHO SELL THINGS COMMERCIALLY, RIGHT BELOW WANTED. tHEY HAVE CHEAP STUFF IF YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY SHIP
i don't know if you'll find what you want "cheap". even if the fish are a nice price, the shipping costs can really add up, so keep that in mind. even if you find someone who will do really low-cost shipping (slow shipping) it may not be worth it if the fish die, and often you lose any guarantee if you go with a 2-3 day shipping option. the best thing about shopping for fish online is that you can find stuff you don't see in the pet stores, and then it's worth it to pay a little more for them. but if you're trying to get an overall better deal on fish you can find locally, i don't think it'll happen.
