I was looking at my tank and say another one of the serpae's had fungus, so, I after about 10 minutes of trying, I got the right one out. I kneel down to put him in my Q tank. I put my hand on the actual net part to get better control and right as I spin the net over to dump him in, he jumps out and goes right into the bucket of water that has my DiY CO2 bottles in. Now, you wouldn't think that this would be a big deal, but, the it is maybe a 1 gallon bucket or so with a 50 watt heater that is cranked all the way to keep the yeast in the CO2 fermenting. I yell, "Oh SH(CENSOR)" and throw the bottles out, scoop him and put him in the q tank. He is looking ok now. After that, I got a thermometer and put it in the bucket to see how hot the temp really was, and it was 102 degrees F. So, he went from 76 degrees to 102 degrees to 74ish degrees in a matter of 30 seconds. Thats rough.
