help with parts for atop aquarium jalli light

I have been offered a 46 inch top aquarium jalli light for $50.00 I want to use it on a 55 gallon reef it has 3 u shaped bulbs the bulbs are philips 36/865/4p

But I believe the legs are missing and one end cap is missing the fixture works and is very bright but I need to konw more about the product or find paper work for it .
