Has anyone used the product C-100?

I recently bought this C-100 stuff to add to my tank's filter to help rid it of excess ammonia- now the water seems kind of cloudy. Has anyone ever used this stuff before? It says you can "recharge" it after a month with aquarium salt...anyone know if that really works?

There should be no reason for you to use this on a normal (or really anytime) basis. The biofilter in your tank needs to be the thing handling the ammonia. If you have ammonia in your tank that is isn't being taken care of, then the tank isn't completely cycled. Just let nature take its course.
