Hello, new here, and till settling into the hobby, and i love it.
this site looks pretty good, i found it in an TFH ad.
so to the tanks.
Sorry, i don't have any pics =/
In the 5 I have 1 lone Betta, though i'm thinking of finding a tank mate, possibly a ghost shrimp or 2.
in the 10 i have 1 molly (my other died recently after birthing fry) and 4 fry still in the "playpen", and 3 zebra danio
in my 40 (just finally added fish after over a month of cycling. oie..) i have
1 Silver Dollar, about inch and a half long
1 IrridecentShark Catfish, about 3 inches long, which i'm planning on returning this weekend, because i heard they will eventually start eating fish, and become very large. thanks petsmart.... :headshake2:
1 Giant Tetra, about 4 inches
1 Dragon Goby (awesome fish!), about...5-7 inches (never seen him fully extended)
I do have a question reguarding the Goby. i have heard that they require slightly brackish water. wouldn't adding some salt (3 tsp.per gal?) hurt my other fish? Will that limit my stocking selection?
i'm planning on adding some tank mates soon (this weekend possibly), so any stocking suggestions?
Thanks everyone!
