i would guess well trimmed peacock moss, but its hard to tell without more of a closeup

have to agree looks like peacock moss, but there might be something else mixed in there on the branches more to the back

By using fishing line you can make the view on the picture. After some time like a month cutting the fishing line not to be a problem because moss hold on to the wood or mangrow. But careful if you want to use mangrow, it must be very well cleaned before use. If you pass this step, after cutting the lines your plant start to seperate from the mangrow.

It's definitely not fissidens. Actually, I have to agree ozymydias that its two different plants. The stuff on the back right branches looks like peacock or christmas moss, but I am almost certain that the plant on the front branches is mini pellia (riccardia chamedryfolia). If you look underneath the top left pointing branch, you can make out a single frond of it, and the shape is extremely unlike any moss that I know of. A close up would definitely help with a more definitive id though.
