What is the fastest way to seed my two AC50's?

I just bought two ac50's and want to seed them with beneficial bacteria:

Should I just drop the Bio-Max bags in my established canister filter?

Should I drop the Bio-Max bags in my tank for a while?

Should I run one AC50 with two bags of Bio-Max?

yeah, If you have room in the canister, just put the bio-media from the AC's into the canister filter, let it run like that for about 2 weeks.

Run the ACs on the established tank for a week is the best, or use the media from the astablished tank.
