View Full Version : Finnex Aquariums
Does anyone own a Finnex aquarium? Would you recommend them? (do you consider them good quality?) What do you think about the lighting?
Here's some photos of the 4 gallon model. They are sold including the 13 w light and the HOB filter:

Looks nice. It'd go well in an office or a bedroom.

They are very nice looking. I think the largest they come in is 30 gallons which sucks.
I know, I really like this model because it's glass, and it comes with a light. I'm thinking about getting it and creating a review on here.

I'm actually considering purchasing one for my betta as well! I only found one place selling them online so far though...where were you planning on buying yours?
Go for it Ash. Like i told you in chat if anything you can upgrade the lighting to a desk lamp (27w)

I read on the planted tank forum that the light tends to go out after a couple of months, so if you can buy a replacement at the time of purchase to do so.
I am also looking at this tank (8 gallons) (http://www.dtpetsupplies.com/catalog/product_info.php?language=en¤cy=USD&products_id=4231). There is a 6 gallon version as well. It doesn't come with a filter though. I wish the Finnex 8 gallon tank was still being sold!
