Hi guys! I have been also planning to have lemon tetras with angels in the near future to avoid small fish that could be food to the angels such as my current rasboras and rummy noses. But I was wondering...would lemon tetras nip the fins of my super veil tail angelfish?

I have lemon tetras ( a larger group in the past which is now down to 3 individuals) and have had absolutely zero issues with them nipping my angels fins.

Lemon tetras are not usually nippy. You'll be fine.

To be sure what's the least I should have? 5, 6 or how many?

most schooling fish prefer to be in groups of at least 6.

BTW one last thing...are lemon tetras more peaceful than bleeding hearts? (as means of comparison with my experience)

I had no issues with bleeding hearts. Both are fine.
