Err...this is probably a stupid common-sense type question...but whatever 
I have fully submersible heaters from Visi-therm (deluxe, not stealth). How "fully" do they mean? I see a min. water level but it doesn't say anywhere else how far it can go.
Basically....can the CORD be a little in the water as well?
It sounds dangerous to me...but that seems to be the only way I am going to get it where I want it in the tank.
