First time I've joined a online fishy community. I breed betta fish, thats the only fish I keep aside from the two giants I keep for uh.. culling purposes. My name is Crystal, and I live in the DFW area of TX. I am a retailer of betta's, I have a little betta shop I sell betta, and betta related materials from, and used aquariums and supplies. One day I hope to make enough off it that I can not do anything but that! But this is not the current status. So anyway... Hi!

Betta are indeed cool, I focus my hobby/job on the Halfmoon variety. I focus less on the IBC standards as I do in producing fish that are popular with the general consumer. I only recently even really heard of the IBC group so I am not overly concerned with producing show fish though I have started a line to do some showing with that should conform easily to some of their color standards.
I have a variety of bettas with flashy or metallic coloring these sell the best. For instance this fish.
