what is wrong with my peacock?

One of my peacocks has an area above his eye that has what looks like a yellowish infection on it. The area is raised a bit. Could it be some sort of parasite? What should I do?:help:
 
could be an eye injury that has gone into infection, or popeye you could try treating it with an antibiotic in a hosp tank to see if you can catch it in time if not and is too far along you may have to euthanize to prevent suffering but try to save it first..
