My plant is not doing well at all, it was nice when I got it and now it seems to be melting away.. Any ideas why?
My other plants are fine.
I have Yeast Co2 and Dose all 6 Seachem products on a daily schedule with 3.3 watts per gallon, 9 hours per day.

Do you have a drop checker?
What is your co2 level?

No Idea, some of my plants pearl pretty good when my Co2 is at a steady flow.
I don't have a drop checker.
The person that I got that from was not using Co2

Do you check other nutrient levels?
Phosphates, nitrates, iron?
I'd get a drop checker...
they are inexpensive, and IMO necessary..

I don't check the levels of anything but my Ph, kH and GH.
A good drop checker will cost me about $30, pretty expensive for what it is is why I haven't got one.
just rip off the bad leaves and the plant should recoup.. i had same thing happen with mine and then after a week i got 6+ new stems

I'll do that.
Any idea on why it dies off like this?
All other 28 species of plants are doing just fine, except for this one...
tell you the truth im not even 2 sure.. could be a nutrient imbalance

Could it be something like crypt rot?
I heard Crypts don't like to be moved, maybe this plant is the same way?

I did a 4ml of Excel 2 or 3 times, could this be part of the problem?

It looks like something is eating round holes in it...?!? if that was a Buenos Aires Tetra in the back, Im surprised any of your plants grow. They destroyed one of my plant tanks;)

Hygro Porto Vehlo shouldn't be sensitive to Excel. Most hygros are very fast growing plants and usually exhibits signs of nutrient deficiencies first. Have you tested your waters to see nitrate and phosphate levels?
